General Characteristics:
BECK BU03 is a flexible polyester resin; especially formulated to improve other FL resins flexibility, strength and elasticity.BECK BU03 parts used in combination with other rigid resins normally vary from 5% to 50%, according to the specific applications. Even though its elasticity properties are generally improved, it must be taken into account that its hardness and resistance to scratching is reduced, so that it is not advisable to exceed above mentioned amounts.
Applications:
BECK BU03 can be used in all sectors of polyester resin industry, however the resins is never used along as its performance is only regulatory.BECK BU03 is normally used for the preparation of gel coats, top coats and other pigment concentrates with better wetting and higher thermal stability than other polyester resins during grinding.
Moreover, FL-C728 is also used in marine applications which require high thickness parts.
HANDLING:
BECK BU03 resin contains ingredients that could be harmful if mishandled. Contact with skin and eyes should be avoided and necessary protective equipment and clothing should be worn.STORAGE:
Drums-store at temperatures below 25℃. Storage life decreases with increasing storage temperature. Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes.SHELF LIFE:
This product has a limited shelf life. When stored in accordance with the above conditions, this product has an average shelf life of six months. For more information, please contact intltrade@163.net
